A full basement and first floor renovation became necessary after this family’s faulty dishwasher exploded, causing severe damage and extensive flooding within the household. In addition to the repair work needed, our client took the opportunity to upgrade their living space to include modernizing the kitchen cabinets and installing a larger kitchen island with seating, removing a narrow pantry/closet to make room for more usable countertop space. We also installed a larger picture window above the kitchen sink, and build in top-of-the-line appliances with custom faces, including a modern ceiling mounted range hood above the island.  This renovation was done in partnership with Marie Jo Parisi at Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen and Bath, check out this before and after!
