A couple wanted to move into their investment 3-bedroom condo, however the finishings within the household no longer reflected their personal design aesthetic. We did a complete condo remodel including updating the kitchen to a more modern design with extra-tall cabinetry, a Cambria waterfall island and converted the in-kitchen laundry room to section off space for a pantry design. We removed wall sections to open up the combined living/dining room area for better flow and modernized both full bathrooms with custom tile, floating cabinetry with under-mount lights. For the main bath, we removed wall sections to feature a glassed-in the shower. Replacement floors and recessed lighting were installed throughout. Check out that before and after shot of the kitchen!
