Location: Bel Air, MD

This pool house renovation project in Bel Air, Maryland, focused on converting an existing storage garden shed attached to the main residence, into a usable pool house for entertaining guests around their backyard pool. In order to make room for what our clients had in mind, we increased the overall size of the shed / storage room and added plumbing and electrical to make it fully functional. The complete build out included installing a kitchenette and full bathroom, heated floors and a dedicated HVAC system. Check out these progress photos and a few shots of the final interior.
